We got wind of one of our first reviews of Nobody in Nashville last week. Matt Bjorke over at Roughstock pointed out that Logan’s music has that special “X-Factor”, something that can’t quite be quantified, but easily felt. There’s a line in his review that I think speaks to all Logan Mize fans:
“He’s got a sound that’s mainstream yet when you hear him come across the speakers, you know you’re listening to an artist who is completely unique with a voice that recalls others but cannot be compared to anyone else on the airwaves today.”
He highlighted a couple of tracks, “Sunflower” and “Good Life” especially. There are a lot of “gee I love the country life” songs out there, but Bjorke points out that few are as good or as real as Good Life.
